As an owner’s representative we implement a strategic leasing plan to find the most suitable tenant, at the owner’s best terms, while maximizing the property’s value. In creating a leasing plan for each individual property we use an extensive range of resources which includes a detailed analysis of the property’s position within the market, a property specific marketing plan, weekly activity reports, and complete management of the transaction from start to finish.
Tenant services
Finding the right space for your needs can be a painstaking process. JSWPG has the knowledge, experience, and resources to minimize the amount of time you spend looking for a space to fit your needs, while maximizing the search results. Once we’ve found the right space, we assist in negotiating the lease and then see the transaction through until you occupy the space.
